Anthony is our Office Manager and Program Coordinator. Anthony is currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity at the University of Illinois in Chicago, he demonstrates a strong commitment to growth, education, and professional development.
As a devoted father of two young children, Anthony brings a natural sense of patience, compassion, and understanding to his work, making him well-suited for bilingual visitation services. His experience as a parent has greatly enhanced his communication skills, enabling him to connect meaningfully with children and families, which is essential in providing effective family relationship support.
Being bilingual in Spanish allows Anthony to effectively serve a diverse community, particularly in the area of court-appointed supervised visitation, ensuring that language barriers do not hinder the support families receive. He is also CPR and First Aid certified, a DCFS mandated reporter, and has undergone extensive training in supervision, conflict resolution, ethics, and safety protocols. Furthermore, he is trained in problem-solving and de-escalation techniques, equipping him to handle challenging situations with professionalism, calmness, and care.
With a strong focus on maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all families, Anthony’s solid ethical foundation, paired with his dedication to continuous learning, makes him a valuable asset to our team. He is eager to grow in his role and gain further experience while providing positive, professional support to the families we serve.
